ORION 2k24
The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Students’ Association (ETESA) of department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Islampur organized a national level mega event "ORION 2K24" on February 23-24, 2024. The event was organized in collaboration with IETE Students’ Forum and ISTE RIT Chapter. Dr. P. K. Kharat, Senate Member, Shivaji University Kolhapur & an alumnus of batch 2001 (UG) & 2007 (PG) graced the event as the chief guest.
This mega-event included events: Mind Maze, Circuit Hunt, RIT‘s Got Talent, Reel Craft, Dodgeball and IPL Auction. Nearly 400 students from various colleges participated in all these events. ORION gave the students a platform to showcase their talent in various competitions.
Event was conducted under the guidance of ETESA faculty advisor Prof. Snehal Watharkar, student representatives Shreyas Mali and Anushka Patil. All participants were motivated and congratulated by Dr. P. V. Kadole, Director, Dr. L. M. Jugulkar, Dean Students development, Dr. A. B. Kakade, Dean R&D and Dr. M. S. Patil, HoD E & TC Dept.
