National Engineers Day
Celebrated “National Engineers Day” on 15th 2020. To appreciate the contributions of Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. The Bharat Ratna awardee, Visvesvaraya was born on September 15, 1861 in a village called Muddenahalli in Karnataka. Due to covid 19 situation this year we decided to celebrate Engineers day on 15 September 2020 through online mode by using MS teams for students. We all decided to arrange guest lecture on “Role of Engineer in Society” and “Online Quiz Competition” for all civil engineering students. Total 82 no’s of students attended this program and total 74 no’s of students participated in online quiz competitation. The online quiz competition was coordinated by Prof. V. T. Hulwane.
