20 students and 2 staff attended industrial visit. Students got to know about the different types of boilers and its working and with it, they seen the steam turbine and cooling system with sea water used for electricity generation. Management related to environment aspect and purifying process of sulfur after buriong of coal.It has largest storage of coal in Asia.
JSW energy plant is situated at jaigad, Diat : Ratnagiri. This Plant has capacity about 1200 MW which is highest capacity in Maharashtra state. Students had opportunity to saw the all process from steam generation , generator working.
