RIT offers at first tier the degree of B. Tech. in eight different programs. This degree is modular in structure and academic requirements are spelt out in terms of the number of courses studied. All our programs are designed in a way to facilitate completion within eight semesters of four years.

The curriculum of B. Tech. program comprises of core courses, department elective courses, institute electives, seminar, experiments in laboratory, projects etc.
