The Dance Club is one of the active club run by the students in the institute from the year 2016-17. Under this club, conducting dance classes for the students. This club is working under the Cultural Cell of RIT. The professional dance trainer is invited for conducting the dance training.

Objectives of the Dance Club

1. To Provide training facilities to students to develop dancing skills.
2. To organize & participate institutional level cultural programs.
3. To motivate the students for participation at University, State & National level dance competitions.

Activities of the Club

• The students of dance club were conduct the training sessions during the First Year Students Induction Program.
• The students of dance club are actively participated in university, state & national level dance competitions.
• The students of dance club were presented dance performance during Independence Day Program (15^th) and Republic Day Program (26^th Jan.) of the institute.
• The students of dance club were performed dance performance during the annual cultural program (Virangula) of the institute.

Achievements of the Club

• “Three Days Training Program on Dance, Drama & Music for Beginners” organized by Cultural Cell under Shivaji University Lead College Program on 24^th Mar. to 27^th Mar. 2021

• First Runner up Position in "VIBRANT 2020"  - National Level Students Competitions organized by Sanjay Ghodawat University on 1st Mar. 2020
• Third Rank in Group Dance Competition in Yuva Spandan Dance Competition organized by Rotari Club, Ichalkaranji on 13th Jan. 2020.
• Second Rank in Yuvarang Dance Competition organized by Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli on 16th & 17th Mar. 2019.
• First Rank in solo dance performance and Second Rank in group dance performance in K3 Festival organized by Gandharv Farms & Resorts during 26-28th Jan. 2018 and RIT students’ team has achieved General Championship in this competition.
• First and Second Rank in group dance performance in Vasantoutsav (National Level Students Competition) organized by PVPIT Institute, Budhgaon (Sangli) on 18^th Feb. 2017 and RIT students’ team has achieved General Championship in this  competition.
